I found your job posting and was very interested in what I read and would like to learn more about the position you have available.
I am looking for is a company that I can bring my vast amount of skills, and education to, and help them achieve their objectives while servicing customers and my team. A close caring atmosphere I can balance home and office with.
Though my last Corporate company Nextel closed on me in 2006, when no positions in my Professional field could be found I pursued another passion real estate in 2007 as an assistant which led to doing the same thing when I came up here to Vancouver Washington, only now do it for my husband.
When I started at Nextel as a Care Agent; I won Awards and so WOWED the Management team with my leadership capabilities impressive client skills and marketing ability. I was moved from General Care to the Corporate Division into a Lead position, where I handled the large multi-million dollar customer accounts. I followed that in less than 4 months as a Supervisor to writing procedures for and conducting training/coaching interviewing- more.
I then moved from Supervisor to management. As a manager at Nextel I had a team of 13, I had 0 % turnover and my team won awards. My team always came through for me. I inspire my can do it attitude in others. I built loyalty and grew a fundamental devotion within my team that created a strong bond, one not easily broken.
I thrive on driving ideas, solving problems, creating success, seeing results, a productive happy team and a satisfied client. This culminates in a very profitable and prosperous company.
I am a born teacher and natural leader and I have always garnered respect and affection from the people I have worked with and our clients have sent in glowing letters to my own managers as well. I do not do anything half measure.
Following the layoff of Nextel managers due to the merger with Sprint, I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management in 2009 online and through distance learning.
Prior to Nextel, I was in Order Management for DirecTV Broadband.
I had a team of 5 plus we also oversaw the sales team when they required Sup backup. When I got to that company we were so new we had our offices but had to get busy- building our team and my team literally wrote up the procedures as we went. So we grew that company from the ground up there.
And my team won awards and Corporate was so impressed; they sent people from other states to watch how we did it. But sadly DTV dismantled us when the merger did not go through with Echo Star and closed the Southern Oregon division.
As a Real Estate Assistant with Sydney Taggart now with Lee Davies Real Estate I was a kind a Jill of all trades in helping with mostly the online portion of her business, writing ads and home descriptions, until I met my future husband in 2010, then I moved to Vancouver and was his support staff.

I am currently doing the same thing for my husband in Real Estate. But other than data entry, research, drafting and posting his properties a few times a week in the evening I have little to do now, so I am not as busy as I used to be. And I need to be busy.
I am an overachiever with the ability to juggle many balls at once. And I love solving problems, creating success, seeing results. I was a hands on manager and always fostered a productive happy team and a satisfied client, which culminates in a very profitable and prosperous company, so a happy employer!
I am the can do girl, the one everyone brings everything to find a solution for. I am a bird dog and the answer person- if it requires doing, it lands on my desk. I can delegate out or handle it myself. I love helping people and have the ability to see what is required and instinctively know how to implement that in any situation, and how to utilize my people skills to best suit the company needs.

I also owned a successful show kennel and Rescue, which I honed my management and customer service skills in and drove Marketing and fundraisers for. So I have had experience with a very diverse clientele worldwide.
Which lead me to the Professional world in 2001 starting over following the ending of my 21 year marriage.
