The next Letter is from my Manager at Nextel:
Letter of Recommendation for Sandra Metcalf
Sandy was on of my most outstanding Supervisors, she went above and beyond her job description on so many occasions. I could just throw her projects or outline something
in simple terms and she would run with it. And her team would meet or exceed our daily weekly and monthly goals
Sandy was one the few Supervisors I had at Nextel that had a zero turn around on her team and I believe her style of leading and ability for setting a team centered matrix is one of the main reasons for that accomplishment. And I repeatedly recognized her as did Nextel for all her other fine leadership qualities.
I received many nice letters and favorable comments on her service as an Agent from our Corporate accounts and every day Nextel customers.
Her cool head when handling adversity and stressful situations was called upon by me time and again as my Team Lead. And the way she could direct both coworkers and successfully defuse customer complaints was one reason I recommended her for the first line Supervisor position and watched her flourish as her natural leadership and teaching skills came more into focus.
It has been a joy working with her, and having her work for me.
I wish her only the best in future endeavors
Sincerely
Kathy Hicks

The next are letters from two of my Team at Nextel:
First is my Team Lead
Dear Sirs and Madams:
This is a letter of recommendation for Sandy Metcalf. She was my Supervisor at the Nextel Company and is an excellent choice for any company she applies for.
Sandy has a knack for getting the job done and could easily get us going on projects and goals that were set and we always wanted to make her proud.
She is dedicated and intelligent and VERY focused on the finish line she was good with the customers good with us and was great for our company!
Sandy was not only our Supervisor but also our teacher, our trainer, our friend.
She patiently taught new hires the programs and how we did things at Nextel and all of us as we changed from Nextel to Sprint. She explained when we grumbled about the changes that we had to pull together and make it work. Not for Sprint but for our customers.
She taught us all how to increase our sales by providing what our customers needed. We learned how to identify those requirements by taking the time to listen to our customers; using Sandy’s guidelines and easy steps she wrote up and gave us the frame work for.
She was one of the best Managers I ever saw and one of the best workers I ever saw she never asked anything of us she would not do.
I am happy to endorse her.
Thank you
Jerilyn Buckley
Team Lead

From my most improved Rep:
To who it concerns
I would like to send this letter to tell you about my Supervisor at Nextel.
Sandy was not only a great leader and who kept our team together and motivated even when it was hard working there. She would share her bonuses for her sales and big accounts with us all.
She told us she wanted us all to be part of the wins in life.
But what I liked most about her was her willingness to help and teach you and be there for you no matter what she was doing she would be there for you.
When the Managers were laid off at Nextel after Sprint bought us out- before they closed the center and we all went. Sandy would keep in touch with us on myspace and email answering our questions and helping us through the change on her own time, because we were her team telling us that we had to go to our new Sups and be supportive of them to ask questions and give them a chance though they were awful and never did care about the Nextel people they knew we were going- we just did not, and now Sprint is back to it’s awful self.
But Sandy was there for us all we had to do was ask. She was a great co/worker/manager who shared credit and took responsibility. She was one in a million and before I got married and stopped working to raise my son, I missed her at my next job as you could just feel the difference in when I worked with her. She always made our days brighter just by how she would greet you and hug you and say OK lets make a little magic and get things done.
I am honored she would let me write this for her
If you are wanting a super star you are looking at the right person if you want loyalty and drive Sandy is your girl. But more important if you want someone who will have your back is always honest and will never let you down. Hire her before someone else makes her a better offer.
Thanks for your time

ENFJ: The Teacher
ENFJ in a Nutshell
Are idealist organizers, driven to implement their vision of what is best for humanity. They often act as catalysts for human growth because of their ability to see potential in other people and their charisma in persuading others to their ideas. They are focused on values and vision, and are passionate about the possibilities for people.
ENFJs are typically energetic and driven, and often have a lot on their plates. They are tuned into the needs of others and acutely aware of human suffering; however, they also tend to be optimistic and forward-thinking, intuitively seeing opportunity for improvement. The ENFJ is ambitious, but their ambition is not self-serving: rather, they feel personally responsible for making the world a better place.

Commuting
to work has become the new pastime for many Americans. According to the U.S.
Census Bureau, a typical office worker will spend over 100 hours a year
commuting to work. A recent poll indicates that the average commute time is
close to 30 minutes, which is slightly higher than the previous year. This
same study indicates that 85% of the workers polled drive themselves to work,
which can cause congested highways and pollution. |
